Two of them that occurred in my life, each of them in the same week....
First, my first girlfriend had a disease that science had no cure for, we prayed about it and one day it just utterly vanished. The people at the hospital were stumped, they could not answer why this disease she had for years was absolutely gone.
Second, we were praying for her mom to accept Christ. Her mom had breast cancer and was in the hospital. That very day her mom looked and there was a Gideon Bible near her hospital bed, she grabbed it and randomly opened it up to Psalm 118:5
"In my anguish, I cried to the Lord and he answered by setting me free"
She accepted Christ that day. That week she was back on her feet and home.

In 1985 I had to have a cyst removed that was the size of a grape fruit and situated between my ovaries. I was 20 years old. The doctors told me they were not sure if I was going to have a hysterectomy during the surgery. They were not sure what other damage they were going to find. I wanted children some day and was very scared. But they prepared me for the worst. I secretly began praying to Saint Terese - The Little Child Of Jesus, prior to the surgery. I was hospitalized for 10 days and told I did not have a hysterectomy but might have a hard time conceiving or carrying to term, there were other issues at hand. The day I returned home some relatives were there to see me. My Aunt Anna gave me a preserved rose in a glass. She then told me how she and my uncle went to the mall to get a gift for me. She saw the rose and decided it was too expensive but after going from store to store she kept coming back to the rose. You have to understand my Aunt is the cheapest person on Earth !
When you pray to Saint Terese and she hears and answers your prayer you will receive a rose or a symbol/picture of a rose etc. Which I did. In 1991 and again in 1992 I gave birth to my two daughters just as I had prayed for. I named my first daughter Terese Marie and my second daughter Rosalie.

I use to be a witch, yes they are out there in big numbers. Not just the Wiccans. I felt things were not going well in my life, so I asked/prayed to find the truth.
My mother in law went to church and when I asked her opinion on some situations she would always say, "Trust Jesus." Well at first this made me mad. Then over more than a years time I started to really want some answers! So I actually took advice and read the Bible. This was in desperation at the time. I Prayed for the truth to be shown, and read. WOW, it is almost undescribable what I finaly realized. The truth had touched my heart! I could trust again. I could be at peace a little more. A weight was lifted from me. My Heart was lighter. I have glanced at a bible when I was younger, but it didnt make sense. Praying, reaching out to the Lord, was what saved me. It changed my whole life.
This was 2 years ago. The first year was very tough, After my initial feeling of floating on air. I struggled with what Reality was for a little while. I was sad I was deceived for all that time! This world I live in now is very different and very nice. Yes, a different way of life. I also felt the fight for my soul, so to speak. It is hard to explain, but I am still in tune with the bad, evil energy I use to think was the right way to be. It actually scares me at times.
I was mad at God for a little while, thinking why did he let me get involved with evil. Of course I realized I made that choice. I have had lots of big revalations! One is I am happy I had the life I had, now I can help other people. Not many people have the knowledge that I do. I realize that God was always keeping an eye on me, It just took me a long time to let him in.

There is a middle schooler who attends my church and a while back he was terribly injured in a football accident. He could not move from the neck down. Immediatly the people from my church got word and began to pray for a healing. Some people even went down to the hospital to visit and pray there. When they took tests, you could see the where the nerves had been damaged. Right before they were wheeling him down to surgery, they took some more tests and everything was fine!! When he awoke again he was fine and could even walk! There was NO way for the doctors to explain it! If there is anyone who doubts God's existence, that should prove that He is there and still answering prayer. :]]

yes a person in korea who was athiest was told by the doctor that he would die soon because his lungs were really damaged and he really din't want to die so he went to a priest and told him that he never really belived in God but that he would put his faith on him if he would do something so the priest let him into a room in the church and made him fast and pray every day most of that day in that room. this went on for about a week when the man came out and said that God had cured him. when he went to the doctor the doctor said that he had a new pair of lungs and was fasinated by the miracle. this story was told in bible study at my church.

Yes - a preacher called upon his congregation to pray every day for the husband of a church member. He was a drunkard. After about a year, one day he came stumbling in the back door, drunk, as they were praying for him by name. He was sober before the end of the service, began weeping and was gloriously saved.

I see him move when someone I prayed for and wittiness too finally comes to know Jesus! The awakening is the miracle we see all around us, Plant the seeds and pray over them and the Lord brings them in! Hallelujah!

well we all prayed for my stepmother to die because it was inevitable and she was just suffering...but since it was inevitable that she was going to die soon (cancer), then we can't say that the prayer was answered as she probably would have passed away that same day without prayer.
