Have you hered about baby Kaleb? (poor baby)what do you think should happen to this women?

this woman who has been released on $5000.00 Bail after Shaking, at the time, 5 month old kaleb Schwade almost to death.....now he is fighting for his life and she is living hers, free...able to see, breathe and feel " free ". I do not care how angry you are, a baby is helpless, and cannot judge you for your anger! JUST WALK AWAY! Kaleb, like many other children in his situation, could not defend himself against this monster.....pray that the justice system will lock her so far away that she will never be able to hurt another child. Pray that Kaleb will never have to know what her face looks like....he should never have to stare into the face of a monster again
He is now in a coma and he is blind the doctors believe if he does come out of this he will be in a vegetable state!!! I cant believe this women is out she should be in jail

should still be in jail and in my opinion she should be put into a machine and shaken till she cant see anymore,then thrown under the jail not in it.thats horriblepor poor baby

Something here seems fishy to me. I however do pray for baby Kaleb everyday. He is an innocent child, that did nothing to deserve this. Rebecca Saunders may have done it, family members, Josh and Kristi, Michael Jackson for all we know, because no of us were there.
If Rebecca is not proven guilty, how would you guys feel bashing her? Innocent until proven guilty. This woman has voluntarily given up her child care license.
Something with this case does not add up. I however refuse to take a side, because some things with this really bother me.
This whole myspace thing is out of control. Its fine if you only allow certain family members/friends view it, but giving the hospital name and your home address to me seems like a bit much. There are so many sickos in this world. You don't know how people are going to react. What about another mother who has had her son or daughters life destroyed from SBS? No one knows how they are going to react to one case being all over, and no one hearing their's.

I however will continue praying for Kaleb. He is such an innocent strong little boy. I hope that whomever may have done this rots in jail first, and then hell. Sorry if you do not agree with what I am saying, but I feel this way. There are always two sides to every story. One day the truth will come out.

Maybe it's because I was abused as a child, but I can see both sides of this issue. My heart hurts for that poor little boy who's been so horribly treated by the one who should have loved him the most.

But the other side of the coin is that an abusive parent was frequently abused as a child, themselves. It doesn't make what she did right -- that's not what I'm saying. But it may have been that she couldn't control her anger and frustration, and the result was a tragedy like this.

I chose not to have children because I recognized early on that I had the potential to be an abusive parent. I guess that's why I can understand -- not condone -- what she may have been feeling at the time.

Since this is the Religion and Spirituality section, I suggest that we all send prayers, healing energy, and whatever else your particular religious system offers for Kaleb's recovery. . .and for some psychological help for his mother, as well.

Or sitter, as the case may be. If she was young and possibly abused herself, then she may have snapped. It's a tragedy all the way around, for all those involved.

PS: I've seen and been a part of other miracles on Answers, anything is possible. ---- Did anyone see the update today 6/9? Kaleb is out of the coma! And seems to be doing well!! ----

I'm shaking so bad, I almost cannot type. ANYONE who would ever hurt a child deserves to be punished so severely that my mind cannot even think of something horrible enough. That woman is utterly pathetic - she's a f*cked up, twisted individual.
This hits so close to home, you have no idea.

I think she shouldn't have been let out on bail and she should receive a nice long sentence. People who hurt children should not be let out.

never heard of her or baby kaleb ....but i agree. They let child abusers and pediphiles out of prison and they should be burned alive.
