Here is the general rule of thumb tho:

IF you have sawmills nearby, then you may be able to talk them into making some for you. Remember it must be hardwood shims.

Also -- to meet most manufacturer's requirements, the entry doors need to have perimeter blocks set within 4ft of the openings, and the closer the better, but they have to be under the wall, not under the doorway.
