all i can think of is exercise... lots and lots of exercise what about you?

when i am anxious i clean the house..it keeps my mind off what is bothering me for a while and i feel better about myself when its done (cause in truth im a horrible house-keeper otherwise)

It's really hard to get into anything when plagued with anxiety and panic attacks, but I try my best to get up and find something to occupy me.

I'm the type to go into cleaning mode (much like the others here), but I find that this makes me more panicky than before, so I try to avoid it.

Kickboxing is a great stress relief for me, and I always feel great after I've worked up a sweat. Drawing and online games also keep me pretty occupied--or perhaps distracted--from feelings of anxiety.

Force yourself to clean. You will feel better and have the cleanest house, car, yard etc. You could even hire out and clean things for others - wow - less anxiety and more money.

Yoga works for me because it is like calm excercise. It's physically and spiritually centering. It's also about personal awareness instead of personal judgement.

I take meds for anxiety. They work well, but make you really tired. Also I read books and do yahoo answers to keep my mind off stuff.

i'm not a real religious person but praying helps alot and exercise and also just remember it could always be worse...

I like doing Sudoku puzzles, as well as working on my puter.

I find it fuels my creativity when it comes to writing, sketching and throwing clay.
