I have combination skin. and terrible acne, I've tried proactiv but it irritates my skin more, clean and clear irritates my skin, ACNE free doesn' t really do much. So what works?

If you could find a light face cream with tea tree oil in it I assure you you will be amazed by the results. Try you local health food store. I suspect your skin is very sensitive and this will help you greatly.

I know just how you feel! Pro-Active made my skin very dry and red. if you want an over the counter acne treatment then go for Clearasil daily wash and Stridex pads. But if your acne is very bad make an appointment with your dermatologist and they will give you some medicine just for your skin type!

Proactive works, MINUS the face wash. It's too oily. Clean and clear face wash with proactive toner and repair lotion is a good combination. Have you tried St. Ives Apricot scrub? I recommend using a facial loofah to exfoliate the dirt and gunk off your face. Wash your face twice a day...

Take Primrose Oil it clears your skin up really well and it helps with around that time of the month. Also check out qhealth, under the other category to see their skin care products they work pretty good.
Also DHC skin care works pretty well.

i've got combination skin and sensitive skin.. tried using clean and clear and things got worst.. you have to try to see which producat suit you most.. I tried aloe vera activator, it's really good for pimples and stuff like that.. I use it for acne and pimples only.. The rest such as moisturiser and cleanser would me estee lauder.. They are good.. tried using lancome but was sensitive to it!!

Try Clearasil! I used it before cause I used to have acne too, but since I have been using Clearasil I don't have acne anymore!
