Donuts. When I worked on third shift, some of us would get together after work on Friday morning. There would always be 1 dozen donuts and about a dozen types of beer. I never really understood why it was donuts and not something more traditional, like pretzels or chips. But, that was our thing. Plus, there was something kind of cool about starting your "happy hour" at 8:00 in the morning!

Well, let's see. Beer is made from barley so you have your grains food group...you will need a milk/calcium product, a meat/protein product and a fruit or vegetable product to square your meal and start your day right. Ok, so I would go with peanuts for the meat/protein group, a banana for the fruit and vegies and some peach flavoured tofu for the calcium/milk group. OR if you wanna have some fun...
RICE KRISPIES...they go 'snap, crackle, burp.'

Cold pizza and an unfiltered cigarette, preferably one made in Mexico.

Just can't beat that. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and this combo contains all of the food groups your body needs.

Eggs and cheese, with hashbrowns and cheese. And skip the beer and have a bloody mary. More vitamins there. ;)
