does any one have some storys about yugi, vietnam of swedish soldiers that they would like to share. I am a vietnamese boy whos family was killed by swedish soldiers and i am allways interested in that kind of thing

The only Swedish Soldiers ever deployed to Vietnam were sent by the UN and were part of the Liaison team enforcing the Cease Fire between North and South Vietnam. They were NOT on either side. Sweden was a Neutral
Since the last "Peacekeepers" pulled out in 1965 you would have to be more than a boy by now.

Sorry to burst your bubble but Sweden never sent soldiers to Vietnam. As a matter of fact, Sweden's national policy toward the war in general was to attempt to stop it almost from the moment it began. There were other countries that sent troops there at various times. Depending on the year, it could have been the French, the Australians, Americans possibly even Russians (depending on the location within Vietnam, as the Russians only sent their 'advisors' into areas that were strongly controlled by the North Vietnamese Army). There may have been other countries (or even paid mercenaries) but the nationalities that I have previously mentioned had the largest presence in Southeast Asia from the mid 1950's through the early 1970's when the war finally ended.

The only connection I can make to Sweden & Vietnam is the Swedish Karl Gustaff 9mm sub-machine gun was used by under-cover "sterile" MAC-SOG (CIA) teams along and across the borders of North-Vietnam and Laos during the Vietnam War.
