I bet it's a pinched nerve in a vertebrae near your shoulderblades. Ask a chiropractor.

You have a nerve that runs around your wrist and into your hand, it ends at the pinkie, this nerve sometimes if the wrist or the arm bone is broken creates a numb feeling. You'll have to see a orthopedic surgeon in this case, he'll probably take X-Rays and see if that nerve is the cause, he'll probably have a good guess at it. You might have some infection there too, tendinitis.
Sometimes after a break the nerve has to be "manipulated" to reactivate or wake-up.

Hi
I think it's your ulnar nerve that is causing you bother. have you knocked your elbow in the last few weeks?
The ulnar nerve can be trapped or pinched in various ways as it goes down the arm from the Brachial plexus to the ring and middle fingers. One common cause is cubital tunnel syndrome, where the tunnel runs the inner outside side of the elbow. Pinching of the nerve often causes tingling symptoms in the little and ring fingers.
If it starts getting really annoying then surgery can be performed to relieve the nerve.
Best wishes

well, only speaking from personal experience... I would have to say that it is carpal tunnel as that is how mine started out.. then it moved to three of my fingers..I eventually had the surgery done... now I have it in my right hand with nerve damage on top of it. I however have refused surgery and looked into other avenues ti take care of it... you should get it checked out as it can be very annoying and troublesome especially if you work with your hands alot... good luck

I would get that checked out..
I have multiple sclerosis and numbness is a symptom and side-effect of having it...
It could also be something as little as a pinched nerve..
Either way, go to your doctor and have it checked out.
