I have fairly large muscles in my legs that I got from doing power lifting and eating heavy. How do I get defined muscles in my legs.
I want to make my hamstrings and quadriceps extremely ripped but I dont really want to do Cardio.
What specific exercises or which machines should I use to define my legs to the fullest?
I am guessing that I should do an exercise I can do 3 sets of 20 reps with and take one minute rests inbetween sets.

Yea man I see what you mean but I dont know specifically which exercises to do and in what order. That is the problem I have.
I need to know specifically. If I get some names of exercises then I can look them up.
