I have fairly large muscles in my legs that I got from doing power lifting and eating heavy. How do I get defined muscles in my legs.

I want to make my hamstrings and quadriceps extremely ripped but I dont really want to do Cardio.

What specific exercises or which machines should I use to define my legs to the fullest?

I am guessing that I should do an exercise I can do 3 sets of 20 reps with and take one minute rests inbetween sets.

Yea man I see what you mean but I dont know specifically which exercises to do and in what order. That is the problem I have.

I need to know specifically. If I get some names of exercises then I can look them up.

Look the definition up in a dictionary! Your guess seems more informed than we can provide. Why ask questions that you already have an answer for? My advice? Take your own!

Defined legs seem extra horny and womanly. Even twiglet Tyra Banks is understood to publicly remark on how so much she does not like her thin legs and has even admitted to having them photoshopped to lead them to seem shaplier. Trust me, with out the form it does not seem as lovely. Just my opinion. Plus it kind of feels that ladies are extra interested in thin legs than guys are. Go determine.
