It looks like it's a whole bunch of blood vessels on the inside of my lip, that have connected together. Should I get it looked at?
It doesn't hurt, it just bothers the heck out of me! Can anyone help?

It almost sounds like a hemangioma. They are usually discoloured and filled with blood vessels. Here is a picture of what that looks like in the Wiki-link. No matter what, even if there is no pain. Anything that is unusual as far as growth should be looked at by a doctor. We won't be able to tell you exactly what it is, but you should not wait and you should go soon.
