i need to know a healthy way to gain a bit more weight. i am 16 years old and i use to be 98 lbs. i am now 105 lbs. i want to weight at least between 110-115. does anyone know what i can do?

Add 500 more calories to your daily consumption.
3000 calories a day is needed if you want to gain 1lb a week.
Try to cut back on strenuous excersise for the time being, and make sure you're having snacks/food with lots of calories in them.
Stuff like oats, nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, vegetables, wholemeal bread, pasta, icecream, cheese, bananas, rice, eggs, ect ect are very good for weight gaining(the healthy way)
Avoid junk food as this will only clog your arteries.
