I met him on the bus once. He looked a bit disheveled because it was early in the morning, and gave the driver Canadian change... the driver wasn't too happy.

I was a manager for stores, which pays very low. After 20 + years and back injuries working 60 hrs a week and causing worse damage to my back and physically having a hard time I prayed to God, I have no education and no opportunities and I can no longer do what I'm doing, I have no future I need your help.
I talked with someone that worked for me at the store who was a technical job recruiter and was just making extra money at the store. Is there anything I can do with computers as a job ( I never owned a computer or was computer literate up to that point )
He said they have entry level position's for checking web links. I took the $9 per 40 hour job and worked at the store just to make my house payments. It was a dead end job that had no future all you did was click on stuff.
Something told me, inner voice ( or God ) keep going this will be your future.
After 3 months through events at that computer business ( huge corporation ) they decided that they wanted to train the people in this position to learn Unix and sent me to class after class paying $2500 per class I was a Unix engineer
It is nine years later and I make 3 times the pay I made as a store manager I've been able to be successful although still a lot of back problems.
But the bottom Line is I feel at my lowest point I asked God for help and he was there for me.
I'm able to use the money I have to help out a sick parent and buy things they never were able to have.

It was the most crucial point in my life when my husband strayed from the path of fidelity. Tears helped in loosening up the lumps from my heart but only up to that point. The pain was much deeper, more profound than anyone could ever imagine. Prayers at every waking moment in my life helped me to overcome the growing ache in my heart, it helped me to live life day by day and go on with my responsibilities as a mother to my then young children. It wasn't long before God heard my prayers.
I know there is no guarantee that my husband will not stray again for Satan, the devil, is very strong and determined in doing his evil deeds and creating havoc in my family knowing he has very little time. But I have a very strong weapon, too, against his evilness. In God I always trust and in Him I shall find comfort.

My story is not so wild. It is a normal story of boy. I was in a revival at church and I felt the power of the Holy Spirit telling me that I needed to believe and trust in God. So I talked to our Pastor and I gave my life over to God through Jesus Christ. I am bought by the blood of Jesus! I am a born again, bought by the blood Christian! Today I try to live Christ Like! Its not a easy life on earth to be a Christian, but it is rewarding in so many ways. I look forward in the day I come into the presence of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

If I thought more people would read it, and benefit from it, I'd provide several clear examples. But it would be far too lengthy, and I suspect not worth all the effort in terms of readership.
I really hope that I can do that someday, however, in book form. Coincidentally, I was just thinking about this very thing, and my experiences, only a few hours ago, today.

I accepted Jesus as my savior. To say I know God is something I can not do. But if want to see his handy work all you have to do is walk in the woods. I have done thing, that others have said were crazy, such as I walked a I-beam over a river and I cannot swim. I was afraid but not of death. Tonight I feel like preacher, as many of these I have answered.

I can feel God in church and when you are singing in church, lift your hand up to God and you'll feel him. It's a leap of faith but that's what it takes to get to know God. Suggest your church to bring your youth to M-fuge (a christian camp that has dramtically changed my life!). When i was about seven, i was grounded in my room for the day. My mom made me memorize a very long memory verse that i had to recite before i was allowed out of my room. So my mom asked me what the verse was and i got halfway and my mind went totally blank. I was getting mad at myself, for i wanted out of this room! Then without warning, a crisp, clear, loud, yet a whisper,triumphant voice spoke the rest of the scripture. I froze for a second and asked my mom if she had whispered in my ear. She said no. So i examined my room. Nothing. I then knew it was God speaking to me. And them words didn't leave my head the rest of the day. So i recited the scripture and read my bible and prayed the rest of that day. It never happened to me again, but that moment in life was truly amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have seen real prayer get results from many people. examples ... jobs, houses, legal issues, health issues, relationship issues, multiple blessings. the best way to find out is for you to ask God to make himself be known to you.

I saw a selfless woman feed the hungry in India....it's only on reruns, now, but they are still inspirational.
