No pull ups....That will just tel her it is ok to pee in her pants. Was there a lifechange to make her do this? New baby, new house, somebody move away? Try talking to her....actually let her do the talking...try not to get frustrated and upset when she pees in her pants. There could be a reason why but you need to calmly talk to her to find out. She will eventually come around, be patient and spend time talking to her.

A new sibling or pet in the house? Maybe she's just begging for more attention. I wouldn't do the pull-up stuff, because it's important for her to feel the discomfort of having wet her clothes. But I would install a reward for proper behavior--my kids got 3 M&Ms every time they used the toilet, and trained in a hurry. Maybe this would be an incentive for your daughter to jump back on the wagon. Good luck.

At this age, behavior like that is usually because something is going on. I think punishment would be the wrong route. Talk with her, see what's going on. Look at her environment through her eyes. Any changes? New school? New home? New sibling? That would be my bet.

Give her a whipping. If you give her pull ups it will be like telling her it's ok to use the bathroom on herself.
