As a healthcare provider I feel that from what you have written, you are more a person who is not medicated well enough for the bpd. If you are concerned about being a psychopath, you aren't. A psychopath, or a sociopath, does not care if that is what other people think.....they only think to thier own advantage and do not feel guilt, empathy, or regret. They are capable of well thought out plans for hurting and torturing others for thier pleasure alone. They are usually not impulsive in thier violence. You need ongoing counceling and medication and the consideration of the possibliity of having ADHD that would also be worth medication. At thirty if you do not work to get these problems under control, you will end up in prison (I'm assuming you have not yet been there, because with your problems, it is commonly an outcome). In prison these disorders are not well medicated or treated. Life will get alot worse there.

If you are a predator, care nothing for the rights of others, lack empathy except the cat's understanding of where the mouse will jump and do what you want no matter what the rules or consequences, you might be a psychopath. If you have BPD, you may have some narcissistic traits or even anti-social traits, particularly as you get better. This does not make you a psychopath. The temper outbursts do not make you a psychopath.

Psychopaths aren't capable of feeling empathy and emotion or they just don't care. If you feel remorse, that's a good thing if you feel sorry about doing something wrong. I hope you are being treated medically and are receiving counseling. Maybe you mean sociopath? Very rare.
