Not only have I written my OWN Senator's about not passing the immigration give-a-way bill they have tried to pass - I wrote EVERY Senator!
"I'm all in favor of keeping dangerous weapons out of the hands of fools. Let's start with typewriters."

I do all the time. Unfortunatly it's OBAMA and DURBIN as senators. I do have a Congressman......Jerry Weller who doesn't like this bill. He's married to a legal immigrant from South America and supports the rule of law. He speaks Spanish and still supports English as our official language. Which just proves again anti's aren't racist or against immigration. Rule of law and assimilation.

Yes. And you have to say a vote for cloture is looked at as a vote on the bill, because that is where it can be stopped. The gang of 12 think they have the votes.

Yes,
but how do you communicate with a Senator like Jon Kyl of Arizona who is not running for office again
so listening to voters has no influence on his decisions

I would, but I don't believe anyone is listening to their constituents these days. It's no longer the government of the people and hasn't been for a very long time.

Calm down.
No, I haven't.
It is the only feasible way to solve the problem of 13 million illegal immigrants in our country.
Can't round them all up and deport them, now can we. Do you know how many 13 million people are? Add up the total population of Colorado, Arizona and Nevada. Take a look at the TOTAL population of the entire country of Denmark.
Unrealistic to think deportation is an option...Think about it logically, calmly and with your calculator.......
