Without getting put into a bad Answers situation, I would venture to say that it has to be the right PARTNER, not the prescence of a hand. The woman needs to relax and trust to have her fantasy jump out, which won't happen if the next Kevin Federline wannabe is drooling on himself ready to run away afterwards.
With the right partner, it's just a matter of practice making perfect.
