Couple of opinions from me! :)
1. Personally, I agree that Victoria's Secret has a great selection, and they have done a fabulous job of training the sales women to make every shopping experience a comfortable one--for men and women...it's true--they have heard everything and are VERY professional but fun at the same time. However, i think the quality of their stuff sucks. Everything I've bought from there tears, rips, etc. ( I DO wash them in the washer--who has time to "hand wash" all of your undies? please! )
2. Kudos to you for being up for it! Whatever turns her on, you are a good boyfriend for trying to please! (and not being so macho that you have issues with it...)
3. G-Strings or thongs really are not uncomfortable. They just take some getting used to. After wearing them a few times (this advice is for your girl, of course! :) ) you don't even notice them..and that's the nice thing,,,they don't ride up--they are already there, but you don't feel them after awhile. Not to mention, no panty lines and they feel sexy when you wear them!
4. Since you have to wear the same pair as her, i found a couple of pairs on my favorite underwear site that would work. I also disagree about wearing the minimal string style. THOSE you really can feel, i think. the ones that have a little material right above the crack are the most comfy because they hold the thong part in place.
5. To save on embarrassment, ORDER ONLINE!
Check out this site and look at the "hanky panky" Keira Thong and the Elle MacPherson Belle Lace and Silk Thong. I think they would be great for both of you! Have fun!

First of all, find out what her size is! Check her skirts or jeans (or pants or whatever). Then call Victoria's Secret and tell them you need a thong panty, cotton, nothing itchy, and you need it in size (insert your g/f's size here). Ask for the color choices and ask for a recommendation because you've never bought panties for your g/f before. Then estimate how much bigger you are and tell them you need another pair one or two sizes bigger. They aren't going to question why, they are more interested in selling panties lol. You don't have to tell them what you are doing either. This doesn't seem weird. It seems like a fun way to get your g/f to wear something you find sexy, even if she won't wear it out of bed. Go to www.victoriassecret.com and look for their 1-800 ordering number. Besides going shopping with you, this is the best I can do! Good luck!

Ok, Victoria's Secret is the best place for Womens thongs, however, the last time I looked they don't carry any mens. Mens are cut different, obviously, with lots of room for your package. At VS ask the salesladies, I promise it won't freak them out, they have heard everything. I would go with a satin or lace thong, but cotton is the most comfortable. As for Men's, you'll have to look around. Here we have stores called Doc Johns and Backstreet Boutique - they will carry them. Any sexually oriented novelty store should carry one for you. make sure you know her size before you go shopping. Also, if she wants you to buy 2 womens thongs and have you wear one- be prepared, you're conna have some junk hangin out the front! Check out victoriassecret.com for pictures. Have fun!

I am not gonna go look for pics, but....whatever brand or material u get please choose one that does not have the widest floss area...u know the part that goes between the cheeks-the wider that is the most uncomfortable the thing will be. Yeah-If you go to Kmart and get cheap lace thongs it can be uncomfortable, BUT pay a lil more, open the wallet and buy some good quality lace and it will not itch!

I don't know but for the life of me I can't understand what on earth anyone would want with wearing a thong! I'v spent my life picking my regular undies OUT of there when they start wandering, let alone actually sticking that material in there on pourpose! But hey, if it's just for alittle fun here and there, go for it. It's your life, have fun. But I have no advice on this for ya. Just get something as they probably won't be there long anyways.

Whatever you do, DON'T GET LACE...it itches like crazy...
I think it's a good idea that you have to wear them too. Nothing wrong with that, especially for the reason you are willing to do it. lol lol
Good for you, it's obvious you really like this girl.
Buy something soft, like cotton....if you're not used to thongs they can be very uncomfortable...so for the first time, you want to be wearing something comfortable, and cotton will do just fine...next, would be maybe satin or something like that, you know, the shiney material...but definetely NOT LACE....
even though sometimes they are the nicest looking....they are or can be the most uncomfortable.

^__^ OK i wear my guys boxers so when he buys new ones he always buys two packs so i can wear them also and we match...... they are comfortable and roomy, plus cotton so they are nice on the bum no chaffing in the summer or winter and they breathe =^__^= as far as thongs go you may want to stick to a cotton with maybe a lace trim it basically depends on what you want to see on your girl and cotton is always a safe choice in fabric it breathes and that is great plus if you are tempted you can buy silk also but it is a delicate fabric if you know what i mean *_6 chose a thong based on her panty size because you don't want i to slip if it's too big or choke if it's too small you want her to be comfortable ...well you and her that is :P Victoria's secret would be great if you were going with your girl friend but if you go by your self you better not be shy cause the question will flow like whats her favorite fabric does she like sports cut under ware lower riders and boy shorts ( get her size, ask does she prefer silk or cotton and run with it chose your favorite one you desire to see her in don't let looks discourage you !! buy them and bring it home you a large and your lady her size enjoy!!)

A while back, my gf and I were out drinking with some friends. While out, we met some people working from out of town. We all went back to my place and continued the party. The next morning, after everyone had left, my gf determined that some cash and jewelery were missing. She figured that one of the guys we let you our master bedroom bathroom must have snagged the missing items. We filed charges and had the guy arrested. He was released on bond and a court date was set. Just before the court date, I was in the bathroom and was moving some stuff around in the cabinet when i discovered a little bundle wrapped in a scarf. It was the missing money and jewelery that she had stashed the night of the party and forgot because she was plastered! It wound up costing me 2500 to keep the guy from pressing his own charges. Not to mention the sheer embarrassment of having to come face to face with the guy. Moral of the story.... Never trust a drunk person!

I work recovery (straightening up) at J.C. Penney's on weekends... and have had to straighten up the thongs a number of times and there is no way I'd ever be wearing one of those. Too many of them just look so uncomfortable!
So if certain ones look like they would hurt, don't get them. And if you wear it and it hurts, then don't make her do it... go for comfortable...if permanent wedgie up your butt could ever be "comfortable" (no thanks).
