Networks usually schedule commercials at 15, 30, 45 and 57
minutes in an hour. They must identify themselves by station or network every 30 minutes. How many minutes are devoted to commercials depends on the length of the show. Most 30 minute programs only have 22 minutes of actual show.

You are right, it sure seems like it. Even some of the cable channels or local channels seem in sych with the network commercials.

Have you ever switched channels when a commercial comes on...and that commercial is playing on "the other" channel? And you switch channels again, and again it's the same commercial?
Makes you think you're either way too stoned, or your remote's broke...
