Depends on what she died from. Everyone dies eventually so you are at risk. If she died of a hereditary disease then you probably have some sort of risk. But if you live a healthy and happy and full life, then you shouldn't dwell or worry.

At risk for what? Did she die from a illness that could have been prevented? Yes, certain illnesses may put you at risk, such as breast cancer, but live a healthy life and get regular check ups by your doctor and you should do okay.
