Most definitley!! It will change the tone of your engine, better performance, and gas mileage. I would strongly urge you to consider a Flowmaster Super 40 muffler or the dynamax exhaust system. If money is not an object try going with an X-pipe system as well as it will allow that hemi to breathe. Also I would consider going with a 3 inch exhaust if money can buy it do it!!!! Good Luck.

An engine is essentially an air pump with combustion introduced. As ageneral rule of thumb " if you open up the front end then open up the back end" I would do a cat back system unless you have the cash for new headers and an exhaust system which would be a better bet.

your bringing in all that extra air into the engine it will not do you any good if it cannot escape as fast as it goes in. yes the real answer is the cold air intake and chip benfits will be highly limited if you do not do a cat back change

i actually did that to mine and i got so much more power now and i am sure if its the same chip as mine it is recommended along with changing the thermostat to a lower setting
