I sometimes feel a little pain on the rear part of my left thigh, on the upper part, near the glutem. Maybe it is a muscle fiber.
I don't feel anything when I start my training. But when I finish my session, I start to feel it after the cool down. And the little pain doesn't go away after about 4 or 5 hours if I am not mistaken.
What is your advice?

It sounds as though whatever you are doing during your training routine is not equally balanced between your left and right sides. Take a class in Feldenkrais movement. This will greatly aid you in achieving left right balance.

Don't know what kind of injury it is, but I have some suggestions for you.

First, if you carry a wallet don't carry it in your back pocket where you will sit on it. Second, after you run, sit on an ice pack for about 20 minutes.

The cure for this is to stretch that muscle meticulously before and after exercise. Get creative and buy a stretching book.

If it gets worse or the symptoms change, see a doctor.

Good Luck

I have to agree with the other poster. This sounds like a stabilizing muscle injury. During your routine that small stabilizing muscle on your left side is over working itself to keep you stable and is wearing itslef out.

If it is near or at your sit bone, which is where the hamstring attaches you could have a high hamstring strain. It doesn't bother you during training but only after while cooling down? That is strange.
