the only fat burning exercise is cardio (running, jogging, elliptical, cycling, swimming etc) - you cant spot reduce body fat - do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat) and combine it with light weight training to tone up instead of losing muscle because cardio burns both - fat and muscle
if you start doing sit ups and push ups those areas are only gona look bigger because there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat - those exercises do NOT burn fat

To get rid of stomach fat, you can simply do crunchs and situps every day. If I were you, I would start by doing 20 of each every night/day. Also, eating healthy helps.

SIT UPS and PUSH UPS..(if u can't do push ups then do knee push ups.. they're exactly the same as the regular only your on your knees)

**The thing is to never do crunches.. they can strain your back and cause back problems**

Sit ups tone the lower ab area and push ups tone your upper arm..or (humerus) and give it a more muscular look :D
~~~~I HOPE I HELPED and GOOD LUCK~~~~
