My Parents have always told me to sleep nude. should I? is that true?

I think what you sleep in is up to you and your comfort level. If you like sleeping nude, go ahead. If not buy yourself some comfy pjs. The sleep police aren't going to come after for wearing the wrong thing the bed

well women shouldn't wear underpants to bed because the moisture isn't good in the lady parts. as for a night gown I think thats fine.
