people react to stress different. Some people get physically ill when there is to much stress to handle. Also painkillers wont help with stomach pains. Malox. peptobismal do but it depends on the cause. Could be simple gas pain to something serious that needs to be treated. What type of pain is it? Needles. Sharp, Throbbing etc. On a scale of 1-10 10 being the most how much does it hurt? Depending on severity and type of pain I would recommend seeing a doctor.

I suggest getting out some peptobismal and see if that helps. It coats the tummy. Those pills are hard on the stomach and no wonder you are hurting. Only take them after you have a full tummy and with plenty of water. If your stomach pains get worse or don't calm down you may want to mention it to the doctor. Also look for other signs that you may be allergic- rashes, hard to breath.

The stomach pains are from your own stomach acids dude. Taking those pills on an empty stomach aggravated it.

if you read the drug facts on pain realivers they will say ask a doctor if you have stomach pains that last a or come back. so you should go to thet doctor.

medications some are recomended to be taken with foods. The labels on said pill bottle ought to reflect that.

I would recommend seeing a doctor right away!!!! Normally, those medications are taken with food. I hope you're ok.. Good luck!!!
