Do not use alcohol or peroxide or that kinda of stuff, it's not recommended by any piercer and i for gets the main details at the moment, but if you searched it you would find out reasons why not. But I do have my fair share of piercings, going back for more, and I'm currently in the healing stage with my pierced nose, But if it is available in your area or if you can get your hands on it, Dragon Mist Spray is the best thing ever for piercings, it works amazingly on piercings and it as a ton of other uses too, also it's organic and it's what my piercer gave me for my piercings. There's also other sprays and what not you can get, there's one organic, oil base spray, Canvas that my tattooist gave me for my tatts and it too works great for piercings. Just search it up, or call around to your piercers and they'll help you come up with something.

The advice my daughter got when she had her belly button pierced was to use sea salt in tap water. Put it in a small glass that fit over the piercing and let it soak for 15 minutes per day. DO NOT GO SWIMMING IN PUBLIC POOLS or lakes etc till it heals. This will introduce diseases and bacteria directly into your system, Don't use creams or lotions etc. keep dry and give it time to heal. The person who did the piercings should have given you written instructions. If they didn't, ask around at other shops to get some. Remember some piercings (like belly button) take up to 6 months to heal. Also, don't pull the post, ring etc back and forth or turn it, this also lets bacteria into the wound and can keep it from healing properly.
Good luck

do not, i repeat, DO NOT use that spray that most chemists or tattoo/piercing salons give you. that stuff actually stunts the healing process and can cause infections. you should use warm water with rock salt. just put the water in a shot glass and some rock salt and get cotton buds and clean, clean, clean. OR i would say an ointment like kenacomb or bactroban ointment. both very good and prevent infections.

do not try to speed up the healing process, its better to go slow. Clean it with salt and warm water, do not go to pools, do not use alcohol and have fun with your piercings c:

Nothing, really. Some things will speed it up a little, but there's nothing that works as fast as you want it to. Just keep them clean, and don't play with them, and they'll heal pretty fast.
