About this guy.
Just to let you know...I did not start a relationship with him.
This guy...is very outgoing and loud, he knows how to be funny and make jokes. He started approaching me and we started talking. At first, because he is very outgoing person, I thought he did that to every girls. Later, he made it obvious he was interested in me...asking for my number and eventually he asked me out on a date and we really had a good time...I felt the vibe that it was going to work out fine.
two days after the date he called me out to watch a movie with his group of friends...but i didn' t talk to him much that day because I felt awkward around his friends and plus, it was a movie...we couldn't talk. He sat next to me and I felt he was trying to make me feel comfortable.
After that...we met at school, but I didn't get the chance to say Hi to him...due to a very reasonable reason. But, I saw him from the corner of my eye...and he was coming towards my direction..yet, I didn't turn

A week has gone by...and he hasn't called once. He told me we should do our lil date or hangout again..yet no call. During our date..I read signals that he really liked me. But now I'm confused.
My friends tell me..I shouldn't be expecting his call because we're not even seeing each other. I don't know what it is...but I'm expecting his calls. And what makes me crazy is that...I'm liking this guy more and more.

I am confused too. I am not sure of what you are asking. You should just get to know him as friends first and see what you like about him and give him the chance to get to know you. You should not make anything out of it.
You should just be your normal self. Don't be anything else. Honesty and communication are very important in any relationship.
Have fun getting to know him.

What is there to be confused about?
You like him, he likes you. You are nervous which is normal. There is no confusion, you just have to put the nervousness behind you and be comfortable around him. I know what you mean about talking to them will a bunch of friends around. Awwwwkward.
