Give Evolution time and all the holes will be filled. It's a relatively new branch of science.

Actually the theory of evolution an incredibly strong theory. If it was full of holes and missing links, it wouldn't be a theory. And since there are no other scientific theories as to the origins of the species, almost all atheists probably accept it. People who don't accept this theory usually turn to religious alternatives that are not scientific theories. But that sort of requires being theistic.

Is there a credible scientific theory other than evolution? The only other theories I have ever heard were neither scientific or something an atheist would agree to.
Of course if you are using the word credible in it's linguistic connection to credo then anything goes.
Faith based answers are inherently unscientific because God is not subject to scientific verification.

Because there is physical proof of evolution. Do you know how bacteria become resistant to antibiotics? They evolve. Religion doesn't want you to know that. What about your outrageous theory that there is a man living in a cloud who only showed up for primitive people who didn't have the knowledge to understand what they witnessed? Does God realize that coming down now like he used to do in the bible would instantly convert millions of non-believers? Doesn't he want that?

So many holes it admits to. However, realize what you are refuting. You are refuting the last 77 years of all biological work. You are refuting any and all DNA evidence. You are refuting everything we have learned about the brain, cancer, organs, surgery, the medical industry as a whole, and damned near everything in science by stating that evolution is crap. All our advances since 1930 have been based off it being the truth. What you are stating is everything we have learned since then is a lie.

I'd say evolution is credible and all holes will be filled in time by new evidence. FunduhMENTALists are sheep towards creationism (goddidit, ignore all other evidence).

Atheism as such has nothing to do with evolution. So no.
And for the rest of your remarks - yeah, we get it, evolution is "outrageous." It's really much simpler to believe that man is the result of a gaseous vertebrate blowing on a pile of dirt. No holes in that one!

Maybe you could share some of your insights with the scientific community. A well supported argument could, of course, disprove the theory.
I will await your paper. Just let me know in what scientific journal it will be published.

If an atheist does not believe in evolution that means he believes in some type of creation. To believe in a creation means you have to believe in a creator. This means the athiest believes in God. Thus the problem.

I am assuming you believe in the other "theory":
Invisible being creates everything in 7 days, takes a rib from one creature & makes another creature out of it?
You talk about holes??? Intelligent Design doesn't have holes, it has canyons!
