1st of all does she know u live in front of her ? r u going out with her? if no 1st ask her out . give it some time. . make her feel special . treat her with roses an d chocolate . and when u say these three very special words make sure u mean it .

take her to some romantic dinner or invite her to your house and decorate the house with candles .

You don't because you can't love someone you aren't even dating / related to / great friends with. When you "love someone from afar" its lust, not love.
Try talking to her without coming on so heavy. Do something that she does (school club or whatever) and get chatting to her. Be a good conversationalist (ask her questions, listen to what she has to say, don't be sarcastic, etc).
See where things go from there.

You don't just go up to a girl and tell her that you love her. That will kinda sorta freak her out.
Just ask her if she might like to go to a movie, or get some coffee with you sometime or something like that.
If you do that, she will know you're interested, but it won't scare her like it would if all of a sudden you hit her with "I LOVE YOU!"

You don't. You ask her out on a date and after getting to know her, if you still love her, then you show her--not tell her.

u first gotta start dating...dont tell her u love her right away or youll freak her out..if u are dating, gotta b dating for atleast like 5-6 months, actually i would say it depends on both individuals in the couple.

I wouldnt do that. I would try tlaking to her and being her friend. That will blow her out of the water if you say that and your that blunt. Maybe even sound creepy. Get to know her first a little better and if you already do, just try asking her out first.

you dont, girls are weird that way, my last bf told me he loved me right after he kissed me and i had no idea what to say cuz i dident want to say it back, i felt bad but oh well. take your time, be like best friends, then go out and then tell her in about a year after that.

Please do not do this. Even if she lives close to you, you probably do not really know her if your approach is to "go up" to her.
You need to spend some time together and there might come a time when you get to know each other and have a romantic relationship. Then it will come natural.

you dont tell her u love her she will think u mad or worse ask her if she wants to go for drink first and girl to know her before u even think of telling her that u love her . take it slow and easy
