Shower, the hot water helps clean the bacteria your body expelled, and the steam helps open up your wind pipe. Use decongestant, since you need your lungs to breath! Dry your hair immediately after shower! Gargle Salt water before you sleep, after you eat and when you wake up. Take vitamin C, eat lots of fruits, veggies and drink lots of water! Avoid dairy, coffee, sugar and fatty stuff. Mint tea really helps, and if you are too congested, try using the chinese cream call Tiger Balm! It contains menthal, if you rub it under your nose and on your chest, it will help you breath! You should have a scarf around your neck. Wear layers so you can be comfortable at all times. Sleep as much as possible. And don't forget about fresh air! If you are not too tired, you should go to a park, it helps your body lots if you take a short relaxing walk.
Good LUCK!!!! you will be fantastic tomorrow!

Get at least 8 hours of sleep tonight.
Take a hot shower in the morning. (To clear out your nasal passages).
Mix equl parts honey and lemon juice and heat it in the microwave. Sip it slowly right up until when you have to sing. The lemon will clean gunk out of your throat and the honey will sooth it.
Do Not Take Cold Medecine! It will only dry you out.
Try a saline nose spray.
Give yourself a long gentle warmup.
Good luck!

Don't talk or whisper, that's worst than talking so my ENT guy tells me, gargle with salty water, take something for congestion to loosen it up and and then cough it up, blow your nose really well, and them maybe something to dry it all up, if I were you I would have checked with my Doctor today, you know know one will be available to ask tomorrow. Good luck to you. I think I'd think about if you need to be dried up or loosened up, and then call the pharmacist to see what type of advice she'll give you, I hope this is late in the afternoon, maybe by then you'll be cleared up, sometimes I think they know more then the Doctors when it comes to stuff like this, call early in the morning.

Sweetie, I wish the best of luck to you - I've been in this situation more times than I care to remember and it's not at all fun.
I normally get all the rest I can, drink plenty of liquids and take it as easy as possible. Before singing I down a glass of OJ to help clear my throat, suck on some mentholated cough drops (it semi-clears my nose) and keep up a regimen of water. The OJ and cough drops really help me clear my throat and nose (I try to take them right before I sing so I don't have time to get stuffy again). A dab of VapoRub under the nose provides temporary aid too.
Just get up there, smile, sing your best and retire. That's really all you can do.
Good luck!
