I know a number, but you would have to be looking at the proof to understand them. Things like a picture which shows a dead priest holding a chalice above his grave where he'd asked to be buried with it (It wasn't done at the time, the picture was taken of another funeral years later and the chalice was missing) Or a special student who was housed in the guest room of a part of the cloister which was unoccupied except for offices on the floor below who heard a person coming and going in the room above, a room that had been closed off for many years with an heavy altar in front of its door. These, and other similar things happened at a seminary which is like a monastic institution. I was guest master at the time the one occurred and took the special student up to show him what was on the floor above. We quickly had to find that student alternate housing.
In that cloister there were very few telephones, those in the office and two pay phones served most needs. There was but one room which received incoming calls, that of the sacristan who had a room overlooking the bell tower next to the chapel at one end of the cloister. One class had two deaths among its students, the one expected, the other not. The expected one had a chronic fatal disease which worsened while at seminary he was in hospital and the whole seminary anticipated his immanent death. The sacristan heard the bell begin the death toll minutes before the phone rang, the organist who roomed with the sacristan ran down to the bell to see who had the bad taste to begin it while all were waiting, and found no one there. The sacristan went immediately to the sacristy below his room to set out the vestments and set up the book needed for the service, which was specified to be in white for joy in the resurrection. He found everything set up in white although the season and vestments normal at that time were purple. The other student who died was unexpected. He decided to have some routine heart repair in order to surprise his parents at the holidays. He died on the operating table. Again the death toll before the phone rang. Again the empty bell tower. The sacristan going to the sacristy found it set up in cut velvet black vestments for a Requiem, a French set that was seldom used, and this time in a white holiday season.
It seems the closer we are to God, the harder the enemy tries.

I live two miles from the Shadow of Death Forest.
Story is a man killed his wife and buried her body in the woods. People driving the road at night have reported seeing a spirit walking through the woods. Some hunters have also. I have been across the road at every hour of the day and night and have seen nothing.
By the way, I don't believe in ghosts but I still love ghost stories. Except, that is,The Holy Ghost

My friend (1) was visiting my other friend's (2) house who lives in the country. friend (1) saw a man on her (2) balcony, she (1) said the he looked all cut up and bloody. She didn't tell my other friend (2) because she didn't want to scare her. She told her in the morning and friend (2) said that years ago, her neighbor fell in to a wood chipper. Friend (1) never knew about this. very creepy!
