Partly because we don't want women to know the extent to which they've gotten under our skins, and partly to avoid the continued argument an honest answer would start. There are certainly other reasons too, but these are at the top of the behavior list.

Because we know we will calm down soon, and we would rather let the issue drop, rather than get dragged into a fight that will go nowhere and just make things worse.

Because while girls like to talk about their issues, guys wish to work out their problems themselves. It's just how we work.

Guys don't like to show their emotions.. they don't like to talk about problems and they dont want help to solve them either.. they like to act like the "man" and solve it all themselves..

cuz they dont wanna feel like theyre freaking out on you, and they dont like admitting stuff like that cuz it makes them feel weak if they are threatened by something stupid
