There is a strong tradition in Judaism for humor. Some of the best jokes I've heard are by Jews about Jewishness, Woody Allen among many, for example.
There is also various characters in Islam (Sufi), Nazrudin for instance who are pretty amusing, and teaching.
I can't think of much Christian humor, but I have heard Christians tell jokes, which are usually quite twee.
I'll be interested to hear about other religions in this respect.

Pagans, we are supposed to have fun, drink, have sex, enjoy lfe fully, help others whenever possible, give back to society, and yet we get pooed on, we must have a good sense of humor, or we wouldn't keep doing it. Besides,the other faiths are so funny for being miserable in this awesome world we call home.

I'm a deist and I have a great sense of humor and I'm funny. lol. But that might just be me and nothing about my religion.

Not really a religion, but atheism I mean to not believe in God that has to be the most hilarious thing I have ever heard. I mean they had me going for a while, but Joke's up guys.

LOL....There are many with good humour in all of them.... Guess the better question is....what is their personality like?
But if I were to choose, I guess I pick those whom know the Lord, for where else can you find those whom can find laughter as a "joyful noise unto the Lord" and enjoys laughter with good clean jokes and not those that belittle and hurt others in the sharing?

Let me sum up everyone else's answers for you:
"Mine."
No one likes to admit they lack a sense of humor.
But since people find different things funny, and some folks value respect more than making a quick joke, there's not going to be any single answer.
I will say that there's some great Biblical puns out there, though..

Jehovah's Witnesses, we have to cause there are a lot of jokes about us. If we got mad at all of them, we would be mad all the time.
Here's an old joke - Michael Jackson used to be one of Jehovah's Witnesses a long time ago. He went to a door to witness and the man told him to "Beat it!" That's where he got the song from.
