was it worth the wait? was it a lot of pressure to perform well or do the right thing in bed? or was it simply magical and you have no regrets?

Over all? Yes, it was worth the wait.

He was a virgin and I was not. But the pressure to perform was bad, and our first time together was terrible. Magic? Uh, no it was not magical. It wasn't even really special. If we could change what happened, we would have done things differently. We still would have waited until our wedding day, but how we chose to go about it would be VERY different.

It was well worth the wait. My husband and I didn't have sex until then, but we did have other partners, and what a mistake premarital sex was! There was no pressure, because you should be relaxed around the other person. Magical and no regrets.

My husband and I were both virgins when we got married and giving ourselves to each other was the best wedding gift. It was totally worth the wait, no pressure, it was completely magical and we have absolutely no regrets.

We waited (we were BOTH virgins on our wedding night), and I would say it was completely worth the wait. Like a previous person said, don't push yourself to jump right into bed as soon as you are alone. The wedding day is tiring -- I actually took a NAP when we got to the room, so we didn't actually have sex until later that night.... but it was completely wonderful and "satisfying" for both of us. I've heard/read that most times the "first time" can be a disappointment, but it was everything I'd hoped for and more, and I'm sure he'd say the same thing.

If I had to do it all again, I'd do it the same way!

Totally worth the wait, and no, there wasn't pressure to perform because we actually do love each other and were happy to be together.

It was worth the wait but don't rush into it after a long wedding day you could be too tired. You want to remember the moment.

i didnt wait until the wedding night, but my husband and i have been together for 8 years, and only have slept with each other.
we did not have sex for about 2 months before the wedding.
even though we had already had sex prior to the wedding night it was still special and a great memory.
it was better than before

My fiance and I have had sex before. We are getting married on June 29. We decided to go the whole month of June "without" so it would be extra special on our wedding night..

Oh, and a little note to Caribbean girl....just because we had sex before marriage, does NOT mean that we have AIDS and herpes. Ugh...some people.
