Your chest will grow as you age through your teen years, hon.
Until then, the best way to make them "look" bigger is to wear bras that fit well, shirts with a wide, dark horizontal stripe across the chest area with a contrasting color on the lower half of the shirt and good posture.
Enjoy your teen years. They go by so quick!

get a balconette bra or a push up bra. I like the balconette bra. If you want even more you can buy one of those tank tops with the "built in bras" which are really just boobie padding. It makes a world of a difference if you put that on top of a push up bra. Kind of dishonest, but there is a lot of pressure on girls so you do what you have to, hun.
You could also put on a few pounds if you're thin enough to afford it. I mean, sometimes the boobs are worth it but it depends on how big you are now. The boobs are the first thing to gain weight though

As a young teen, you should just wait. You will continue growing throughout your teen years, and maybe even a few years beyond. I don't think at your age you need to know any of the "tricks" to making your chest look bigger!

you just became a teen and you have about 50 more years to get bigger in your chest area. To get them bigger you just need some patience.

Water bras make you look natural! But i think you are just an early teen so don't rush! because you will go and develop!

if u just became a teen thats not sumthing to worry about but...you could wear a padded bra (it makes a big difference) & layer ur clothes more (it makes it thicker)...but other than that u cant make them "grow" faster w/o surgery "Which You DON'T want to get!!!"

i had this problem too. try a padded bra or a push-up bra. they totally worked for me. i was 13, 5' 7" and a 32A. so i used a push-up until i fit a padded and now i'm a 34C. i know parents say it doesn't matter and it won't affect your life and they're sorta right but no one likes being totally flat.

You could Buy a push up bra. Or if you are wearing a top which shows cleavage--Put a bit of bronzer in between you boobs.
