I have a trampolene, a pool, and some weights at home! Is there a website you can built a routine on or anything like that?

I reccomend getting a jumprope and using that. Wake up early in the morning, jump rope for at least 30 minutes, and cool off with a few laps in the pool. As for weights, i would use them every other day so you don't gain muscle, but dont lose any lean muscle mass.

Cut down your carbs and exercise. You would be surprised at the weight you will drop just by using splenda instead of sugar, drinking diet drinks, crystal light is awesome, and limit your intake of pastas, rice, bread, sweets. To tone up, just exercise.
