this is something new.. they just come out.. for no needed reason i lie... ive been getting caught in some lately and its quite emberrasing... whats up with this?

I know exactly what you're talking about.
Like you'll start talking to the cashier at a grocery store and out come all these lies- just like word vomit.
Its one of two things: a psychological disorder that includes compulisve lying, or a phase you're going through as you try to establish an identity.

Thats deffinetly not normal or healthy. You might want to do is look up a psychologist. This is not healthy especially once you have reached that point in which you don't realize when you do it either thats, when you need to find help. It might be an emotional problem but get help. You could end up losing your friends, or have family turn on you never being able to trust you or rely on you. Good Luck

Your lieing is a habit. You create your habits. If you want to change the habit of lieing or any other habit, simply remind yourself the you are not continuing with the habit and replace the old habit with one better. You can do this with an enormous amount of habits that you likely haven't realized you have. It's like re-writing the character of what you were to whatever you want to be!(It's called free-will!)

Don't be a liar, I broke up with my best friend of 11 years because all she ever did was lie! (LOL broke up, sounds like a marital relationship)
Don't ruin your friendships b/c of this, reevaluate yourself.

Think why are you doing it.
To get attention? If you're caught, you get plenty of attention.
To make your life easier? Well you know better than that - if you're caught your life is plenty harder not easier.
