Does hollywood movies do that?
Does having kids read H. Potter do that?
Does being a "fence-straddling" PC religious person do that?
Does telling dirty jokes do that?
When a person focuses on what they know is righteous and pleasing to Jesus, they will find they no longer want the sewage.

That translation, didn't seem to mean anything
had to look it up
if you think on good things you will not have room for the bad and negative
positive and praise and thinks that are lovely to think about or worthy to think on
