God doesn't believe in atheists. Can you prove that atheists exist? Just because someone says that they are an atheist doesn't make it true any more than if someone told you that they were Elvis Presley come back to life. If it is impossible to prove that atheists exist, they must not really exist. That means that there is a universal consensus in the belief in God.

It may not be possible to prove that atheists exist. We do have a great deal of objective evidence on the subject, though. People can be interviewed and their responses monitored on polygraphs or with PET scans and the questions phrased and rephrased to try to detect lying. Since there are objective tests to see if Atheists are more likely than not to exist, there's valid reasons to believe in atheists. There's no evidence i'm aware of to say that Atheists don't exist. Given the overwhelming objective evidence in favor of the existence of atheists and the lack of evidence to the contrary, we can say we know that atheists exist.

This is completely unlike the situation with gods. There's objective evidence that people believe in gods. But we can't even accurately describe what gods are, let alone muster any empirical evidence to support the claim they exist. So your example isn't very ratioinal. If you think you have empirical proof that there are gods, bring it on.

What a coincidence, I was just saying the same thing about christianity. Does anyone really believe they are christians and that the bible is actually really there? Never mind whether or not the stuff in it is supposed to be true, but is there really a such thing as 'the bible'? I used to think there was, but somehow they seem to vanish into the ashes of my fireplace whenever I think I have one. So, the question is, if the only evidence of a bible is the ashes left in the fireplace, then was the bible ever really there?

the reality of the concern is that atheists do no longer attempt to tutor that god would not exist. We settle for that we can not probable understand for advantageous whether or no longer god exists, and want to stay our lives below the thought he would not exist. The term "atheist" is an pointless one. you do no longer want words for "non-racists" or "non-sexists". the burden of evidence is on the believer. everybody is an "atheist" in admire to the gods of alternative religions and historic myths. in case you're an "atheist" in admire to Zeus, does this immediately advise that Zeus exists when you consider which you do no longer have confidence in him? With maximum of religions in the international, existence will become in truth a distinctive decision question, and in keeping with which one you p.c., you will the two stay eternity out in heaven or hell. No 2 religions can the two be actual, nevertheless, and subsequently we've not got any actual theory who/what/why god is. Or if he/she/that's.

Nope. Science wouldn't even propose to prove the existence of something, except through a proponderance of evidence through rigorous testing they might consider something a Theory of Existence.

That your opinion.

Atheists were created by atheists and do not need validation from your God.

Oh and btw, who are you to speak for what your god believes in? You just made this post to piss people off.

you argument can just as easily be backfired on you...and i believe that saying god doesnt exist is an "unforgivable sin", so an atheist saying that god doesnt exist would give pretty strong evidence that he didnt believe in god because any christian wouldnt say that for fear of going to hell.

By the same mode, you cannot prove theists exist either.

This means there is universal consensus that there is no deity.

I think the more pressing question is: Are any atheists at all worried whether "you" or "God" believe we exist?
