you can't lose that much weight in 3 months in any kind of safe/healthy way. but if you eat right and exercise an hour everyday you can probably lose 30 - 40 pounds.

Why does evey one that tries to lose weight put a time limit on it? What is so complicated here? Just eat right and exercise. That's it. If you want a cupcake don't eat one. If you want a pizza have a turkey sandwich and some carrot sticks. If you haven't ran in the last 24 hours go run. The plan is the easy part. Sticking to it is the hard part.

Three months is when you start to notice all the work you've done, not the end. If it only took three months there wouldn't be any fat people.

Good luck, it's gonna be tough but it's worth it. I promise. Go buy a shirt or jeans that you would like to fit into and try them on every once in a while. That will help you stay motivated.

Unless you get liposuction, you can't lose 75 lbs in 3 months. Healthy weight loss is only a pound, maybe two, a week. Over the summer, that will only be 12-24 lbs....and that will probably require you cutting your calories down to 1200-1500 a day and plenty of exercise.

Look, you can't lose that much weight in that short amount of time. You need to set realistic goals, or you will get frustrated at not having reached them, then you will give up your efforts.
20 pounds is much more reasonable for that amount of time. You didn't gain the weight over night, so you're not going to lose it overnight either!

Modify your eating habits to be more healthy. Drink lots of water, and not soda. But have yourself a diet soda once in a while so you don't feel deprived. Cut out junk food and use fruits and veggies or even a healthy snack like granola bars to replace them. BUT you can have your "weakness" occasionally, like a chocolate bar or whatever your favorite snack is. If you completely deprive yourself, that will also set you up for failure.
And start exercising. If you're completely inactive now, start simple by walking. Walk every day or at least every other day. And don't just amble along...put some movement into it to get your heart rate up. If you sweat and pant, that's a good thing...it means you're getting something done!

So basically, diet and exercise. But those won't work if you have unrealistic expectations. Start with small goals, like, drink only water this week. Or lose 5 lbs by July 4th. You'll feel better about yourself once you start accomplishing your goals, but you can't reach your goals if they are impossible.

You won't be able to lose 75 pounds but you can lose up to 24-35 pounds. If you are fat the first few weeks the fat will melt off.

Avoid Soda, juice, fast food and chocolate at all costs. Your new best friend is water. Drink A LOT of it and eat healthy: green veggies, grilled meats and fruits. Just by dieting you'll lose a few pounds. I always ache for something sweet and sometimes fruit itself doesn't cut it. Ask your parents to take you to the grocery story and buy the weight watchers cakes. They are delicious buy limit yourself to one every 2 weeks.

As for exercising: start slow. Walk for 30 minutes then add 15 minutes each week. If you can, jog or run. *CARDIO IS KEY* You can buy a workout dvd like Billy Blanks but you *HAVE* to stick with it.

30 minutes of cardio = maintaining your weight
40+minutes of cardio= losing weight.

You don't have to stick to one thing. You can do 15 minutes of walking, 15 minutes on a bike and 10 minutes on a tredmill. If needed, join a weightloss forum for support. By the way, if you start gaining weight midway through it is most likely muscle. After you do cardio remember to stretch to elongate the muscles. Good luck!!

That's impossible. That's trying to lose 25 lbs per month. You need to start out with a resonably goal. 5-10 lbs a months is a good one. Running and walking is good exercise. Drink lots of water. Watch your fat intake. You are supposed to take in 30 grams or less of fat. Watch your calories, don't go over 2,000 calories per day. Try and do some weight lifting. I know curves offers many great exercises. I myself and thinking of joining and I'm 15. My mom goes there and she likes it.

I am going to tell you how I am losing weight quickly, now its not good for you in the long-term, but its works for me. I restrict my calories intake to only about 1000 calories. And I make sure that I work out enough in that day to cover the 1000 calories I ate, so your BMR will be your weight loss, Now I know it isn't healthy, but if you are overweight like I was it really helps drop the weight quickly, just make sure you use some dumbells lifting to maintain your muscle, I have lost on average 10lbs a week, when I was at my top weight. But in your case I would just set your goal to about 30-35lbs

Good Luck

There's no healthy way to lose 75 pounds in 3 months. Healthy weight loss ranges from a 1-2 pound loss a week. Lose it any faster and you may be at risk for heart problems, metabolic problems, etc. Not to mention SOMETIMES rapid weight loss develops into an eating disorder... which is hell.

75 lbs is a lot of weight to lost in that amount of time. Don't be so concerned with your weight and what people think of you. But it's good to start now, if you are overweight, consult your doctor. It's more important eat healthy, diet, and excersize regularly, and the weight will come off on it''s own. But losing 75lbs in three months can be unhealthy, so becareful. Just talk to your doctor, good luck. :]

idk but the only way to loose that much weight in 3 months is surgery and you probably dont want that... i more realistic goal is like 20-25 pounds at the most...just eat lesser portions, dontt get up for seconds, and eat healthy, exercise and exibit good sleep patterns. dont be lazy. when you sit down to watch tv, picture yourself in those new, smaller school clothes in september and get up and do something instead of being a couch potatoe
