None of them work unfortunately. The only way to lose weight is to exercise more and/or eat less of foods that are bad for you (there's no magic pill).
The *only* weight loss program that works at all (according to proper scientific research published in peer-reviewed journals) is weight watchers.
I lost 70 pounds (and have kept it off for 1.5 years) after reading http://www.fourmilab.ch/hackdiet/ (its a TOTALLY free on-line book, the author doesn't ask for a single cent, no advertising or anything - in fact I don't think there's any way you could pay him if you wanted to - he's a retired rich guy).
Good luck, its a tough journey losing weight, but well worth it (and not as hard as everyone leads you to believe). Just don't try to take short-cuts, as with elsewhere in life, they don't work.

I could be very, very cautious approximately taking something like that. I've learn reviews of persons being hospitalized after taking Alli. Most of those forms of weight reduction aides are rather extra like a crutch besides - the one truly method to drop some weight is to consume healthful & activity, that is why all these capsules have tiny print announcing whatever to the end result of "MAY support weight reduction as facet of a healthful nutrition & activity routine". What's extra is that, the more moderen the tablet, the fewer genuine comparison it is long gone by way of - suppose approximately that. They're no longer going to understand but simply how so much it would have an impact on persons in, say, 10 years. Seriously? Save your cash and work out a healthful, ordinary method to manage your weight.

Herbalife has the BEST weight loss supplements in the world! They are 100% natural and have no side effects besides looking and feeling GREAT! And at approx. $1.70 a meal? How more fair priced can you get? Before I started Herbalife I was 180lbs pushing a size 14, no energy, depressed, allergy/sinus problems. Now I have tons of energy, happy as a clam, sinus/allergy problems are no more and I've lost 34lbs, over 31 inches and am now in a size 7/6! And it's as easy as 3-2-1! if there was at least one weight loss pill/tea/patch that worked there would be no obese people
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
