Well, I live in San Diego, and I want to go to Photography school.
What is the best school to go to? And HOW do you know it is? Please tell me what you got out of it, and where it took your, or a friend, or family memeber.

I went to Grossmont JR college many ,many years ago and it actually had one of the best Black and white Programs in the country at that time.
If you are looking to do commercial work both Art Center in Pasadena and Brooks Institute of photography in Santa Barbara are world renowned.

Check with your local community and technical colleges as well as departments of continuing education at local universities. Also ask at local camera stores. Some will even offer classes themselves. Finally, ask at local photography clubs or join one and learn from your fellow club members. (I like this option because it is very hands on, lots of different opinions, and lots of opportunities to both learn and teach others.)
