The Bible does say that it is better to be married then to be single with lust, but it is not an endorsement for quickie marriages to satisfy sexual desires.
The Bible makes it clear that marriage truly is a "till death do you part" type of arrangement- it should not be entered into lightly or without careful consideration. Jesus even told his followers that God "hates a divorcing." So unless an affair outside of the marriage occurs, a couple should view their marriage as permanent.
Paul was advising people that they should look to marriage if they had a difficult time staying chaste- they shouldn't try to remain single or anything like that, though they may have wanted to.
This is your friend's life and happiness, so it is really up to her. But as her friend, you might consider approaching her in a SENSITIVE manner (don't say you think her fiance is a moron) and express your concerns.
Being horny is NOT a good reason to get married, you are correct.

Your friends sounds pretty lost...
The Bible does say it is good to be married if you can't live without having sex...but that's in the context of either living your entire life celibate or getting married. It doesn't mean, "let's get married now because I can't wait!"
Lust is a temptation that many face. If we want to honor God, we need to be disciplined and obey Him. Marriage is not an answer in your friend's case...its the easy way out. And if she's going into marriage for that reason, its not likely to last and it makes a mockery of God's idea for marriage.

Ok, actually Paul felt that it was better to be single. He felt that if you were single you could focus on God. If you were married you would focus on your spouse instead. He said that was his feelings, not God's. However, if you were like most people and would not be able to live a life focused on God without ever looking at another in a lustful way then he felt you should go ahead and get married. Not get married to just anyone, but go ahead and begin the process of searching for a marriage partner. Hope that clears it up for you!

Get your self a Holy Bible and read it for yourself. I suggest a New Living translation because it is written in plain modern English. Sex is only for married people, but that isn't the only reason people marry.

Paul says in 1 Corinthians (I think) that its better for believers to get married than to burn with lust (i.e spend their time trying to deal with lustful thoughts).
If I remember right, I think he also said that if believers fast (which might presumably involve abstention from sex) , they should have regard for each others' sexual needs, i.e. not get so zealous at fasting that one's partner is vexed by their unsatisfied physical desires.
So enjoyment of sex is very legitimate. And marrying because of very strong sex drive is sensible - one would obviously want to choose the right partner as marriage in christian belief is supposed to be a lasting commitment.

NO! The Bible approves of MARRIED COUPLES having sex so they can make new members.

Sex outside of marriage is wrong so some have said that it means doing it for any reason other than having kid is wrong to I don't agree with the second part of that.

That's just plain stupid. And she just wants to justify to herself getting married and having sex. Let her dig her own grave.
