So when we were put on this Earth we weren't given tissues. Were we supposed to blow our noses into our hands? Are bugers good for our noses? I think our fingers are perfect sizes and shapes to get those suckers. I don't think eating bugers is good. Our nose hairs caught them for a reason (To keep them out of our bodies), but shouldn't we take them out? Why aren't fingers acceptable. What about at home.

I agree. Ever wonder why God gave man 4 fingers and a thumb?
God made the thumb so we can give people the thumbs up sign when they are doing something good, and the thumbs down sign when people star in really bad action movies: like Kurt Russel did in "Executive Decision."
God made the pointer finger, so we can point at people who are sinning, to prove that we are better then they are.
God made the middle finger so we could refrain from flipping people off, which is sinning. Remember to point to a person who has just flipped someone off, to prove that you are better than them.
God made the ring fingers so we could wear wedding rings. Which is proof that God believes in the sanctity of marriage, which is between a man and a woman.
And God made the little pinky finger for picking the nose, and earwax. It's called the pinky because boogers are sometimes pink.
I do think eating boogers is gross, but I have to disagree with you where you say eating "burgers" is not good. I enjoy a good hamburger with cheese and pickles.

F, It's disgusting. No it will never be socially acceptable and if it does, I for one will emmigrate. Do you really like to see the contents of someone's nose, balancing precariously on their finger? When will it become socially acceptable for people to scratch their penis in public or pick their bum? Let's face it, everybody has done it! It's just DISGUSTING! It's not the same as people wiping their mouths after eating. Why don't people pick their teeth at the dinner table and eat it? It's disgusting! Using tissues is a dignified way of removing the contents of your mouth and your nose, without people having to see and it is concealed. Seriously, it's called manners.

ha! you are funny, but it is a deep question, really.. just like picking your teeth, it is socially unacceptable to do when some one can see you. i cant understand why it is rude, maybe because what you pull out of your nose or teeth.. personally,i have no problem with either. and all of you can think i am nasty, because i will never meet any of you, but i hate boogers in my nose. and so does everyone in my family. it is gross to leave a booger around for someone to find, so stick it on a paper/tissue and toss it, but it is in the way of good breathing so i say pick away! lol

ok haha i read this and ok people grow up its gross but not like vomit gross question, its a question and it wants an answer my opinion is that u should pick it discretely, do not eat, thats just gross but u know what if u were so stuffed u couldnt breath and there were no tissues are u gonna suffer or move on, i would pick, its a decision

I totally agree. It just seems very natural to dig those jokers out, and then a quick little flick and VOILA! empty nasal passages. Never ever eat them!!!
