Actually it's all bull.lol It might work if you do it for a long time..but all those little plastic wrap tricks are pretty stupid. Maybe go on a diet for the 10 days. Try to cut out one meal and replace it with Special K cereal..I'm sure you've seen the commercials.. It actually works. Don't waste money on those stupid belts on t.v. It's a waste.

This will allow you to sweat more.7-10 pounds in a week? this would be tough but I've done it. buy some over the counter fat burning pills, start your diet, lets say on a Monday. don't eat anything until Wednesday morning and eat a really big breakfast make sure you eat a big dinner that night aswell. you need to jog and lift weights each and everyday. remember the key to losing weight is sweating out the calories so be sure to push yourself. repeat this until Saturday morning eat large breakfast and large dinner make sure that you are limiting your intake of water because this will allow you to lose the water weight. You need plenty of sleep, eachday. Monday morning weigh yourself and check out the results!! BECAREFUL because this is unnatural weight and you need to watch your portion control and the type of food you eat after you go off this crash diet and exercise plan! Good Luck !

You cannot lose 7 to 10 pounds in a week in any healthy way and it is very rare to lsoe that much even using unhealthy methods. The most weight you can lose in a healthy way in one week is 2 pounds. To do that you must cut out 500 to 900 calories per day from your diet and exercise for at least 30 minutes per day 3 times a week.
If putting a plastic bag around your stomach helped people lose weight Hefty stock would skyrocket and America wouldn't have an obesity problem.
Why do you need to lose weight in one week? Does Florida have a newly instituted weight requirement?! I say forget about it, go and have fun!!! If you start eatinbg healthy and exercising now, by the time your next trip comes around you'll have lost the weight.

putting a plastic bag (or saran wrap or anything like that) around your stomach will only cause you to lose water weight. all of the water weight will come right back, so its pretty much pointless. but to lose 7-10 pounds in a week, i'd say just eat under 500 calories a day and exercise like crazy. it might not make you lose as much weight as you'd like, things all work differently for different people.

I don't think so, depends on your body fat percentage, but for best results do loads of cardio and eat 5-6 low calorie, healthy meals

Cut out starches, like rice, pasta, potatoes, etc and simple sugars. Watch your fruit intake as well. Drink lots of water: 4-5 litres a day.

Yes the plastic thing does work.
HOWEVER, IT IS NOT RECOMENDED. IT IS VERY DANGEROUS.
Just cut out fats. And keep moving and eat smaller portions.
