Does anyone else think this is the scariest forum on Yahoo! Answers besides me? Today is my first day read this forum and I must say I am horrified! I can't believe people actually believe in this stuff! Maybe it's cause I live in a very tolerant area of the world (New York City), but is this truly what it is like elsewhere? People believing in demons and holy magic and spiritual warfare and gods and divine plans and all these bizarre meanings of life calling each other spiritual soldiers...At first I just laughed at these people and played them off as a small minority who was maybe inbred or brainwashed when they were younger (See Jesus Camp, the movie) but now I'm starting to see this infectious virus is more rampant than I thought. Do people really believe some divine being gave us the gift of sex to hold onto until we are married so we can procreate and spread the word of our lord to our children? I mean...wow...I don't even know what to say anymore...This world is f'd

Keep in mind that a forum with a name like this will attract the loonies from all over, as well as a few folks who can put up with loonies well enough to criticize them.

The loony fundies are still a small minority, but they seem loud because the internet makes it easy for them to cluster together.

Pets is the scariest forum, in my opinion, because the sheer stupidity that runs rampant there affects not only the posters, but the animals who are wholly dependent on them, as well.

people who believe in religion is scary...

but when you realize that Universal Truth eliminated religion from Spirituality, you don't pay religion or people in religion any time or energy...

Here's the Solution for people in religion:

Create a Private, Personal, Direct, Divine Relationship with Our Creator and save Your Soul from religion's and atheist's beliefs and start Your journey back home, to Heaven.

<<<<<<< UnConditional Love is the only answer >>>>>>>

Love and Believe in Our Creator;
Love and Believe in Yourself.

Only with Our Creator's Love and Peace will we be Truly Free!

I'd certainly be interested in hearing your views regarding my second to last question asked; "what should we rename Yahoo! Answers?"

No, the pregancy and parenting is.

Full of hormonal bit*hes, and/or teens who wish they were pregnant.

I get reported for violation like 10 times a day in there. (when im not in violation, obviously)

It can be scary yes. It's stopped scaring me and I have moved on to the beating my head against the wall phase of adaptation.
And yet...we keep coming back for more. What does that say about us?

I'd have to go with politics. At least we aren't calling each other unpatriotic.

Except Jimbo. He's unAmerican.
