You body mass index is 25.6, If your BMI is between 23 and 25, you are not considered overweight by most people. But if your BMI is 26 or more, that's not good. I would lose a couple of pounds but dont overdue it.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

I'm exactly your height but 144 lbs, and I want to lose 14-15 lbs. So you might possibly be fat. But honestly it's hard to tell because a lot of your weight might be muscle. If you feel reasonably fit and you like youself in a swimsuit, I say you're fine.

do you think that you are fat..if you dont then there is no need to loose weight but if you dont like your body then you can consider losing like 10 or 15 pounds.i think that it would be good if you lost like 15 pounds!!

well im 5'4" and 130 pounds. how old are u? im actually only 13 but im really thin and fit i'm just really muscular. in your situation it depends, are you muscular? how old are you? if you want to get a really accurate answer, you probably should simply ask your doctor if you need to shed a few pounds. you sound fine, to me, though.

for 5'5 you should not weigh any more than 125 pounds. maybe 130 but that is stretching it a little bit.

The question is are you comfortable with your self and are you active. If the answer is yes to both, then you are fine.

well.....im about 5'3 or so and i weigh about 125lbs.......ish......so i dnt think u are fat.......u might hav alot of muscle.....cuz muscle weighs more than fat...........and your 'up top" might hav something to do w/the weight
