Perfectly fine and playing about with his toy. Before his look tired and was quiet in his bed but he just sprung up started to eat some of his food and ploaying around with hid food. Is it a false alarm or what?

That is pretty normal.. One of my cats when he sleeps wont sometimes wont close his outer lids all the way, which by the way is creapy looking. So he will be dead asleep and his outer lids open and all you see is a whites color. And then they will just get up and be bouncy and playful, especially if it was just a cat nap.

I can see my cats third lid when she is first waking up or about to fall asleep. She is perfectly healthy.
