there purpley and thin. i hate it. my mum had thick ones that became 3d if you know what i mean. she had them removed. im young. how do i stop getting varacose veins?

Sounds like spider veins. Are you on your feet alot? Taking hormones? I've also heard you shouldn't cross your legs too.

I would guess that this is something that's hereditary, you might ask the doctor this. He may give you some pointers but, I'm guessing your going to end up with surgery down the line. My sister went through this with no problem and was back on her feet right away.

If you're on the pill. That can cause them. Also crossing your legs is the worst cause. And sitting down after excising can cause blood pooling. You can have the lasered. It's not as difficult as it used to be.
