now my radio says off can this be fixed

The same thing happened to me with my honda accord. I called the dealership and they gave me my code. It might also be in your owner's manual.

If the radio requires the ignition to be "on" for it to come on, then put the car somewhere safe eg the garage and leave it ON (not necessarily ignition) for half an hour then go back and have a look.

Make sure all interior lights etc are off to conserve battery power.

They usually have time delays, starting with 15 mins, then 30 mins, then 1 hour, then 2 hours etc etc

In the meantime make sure you have the right code and read the manual on how to enter it properly so you get it right next time, else it means more waiting.

it might be on the inside of your glove compartment...my 06 accord has it there
