the diet ultimately determines the shape/size of the body. if you are exercising regularly and at a high level of intensity and are not seeing the results you think you should be, then the problem most likely lies in your diet. if you are consuming too few calories and not enough of the right nutrients there will be little physical changes in the body composition.
the diet should be comprised of mainly whole foods. the less processed foods in the diet the faster you will see results

you like me have a compulsive personality which means any new thing you try you like its hard not to have it become an addiction (I don't drink or do drugs but smoke and Coffee to much) So stop the addictions you can, moving back to moms and going to school is great. I started a journal which will help you get over her, your addictions and realize that your self worth can become very strong, but its not easy. Start with all the complements you've received reading these when you wake every morning helps keep bad moods and heart aches to a minimum, but it still takes more. Write in the journal at least once a week even if you don't think you need to life always throws us a curve so be ready The journal with the use of who, what, where, when, why, and how will allow us to see things we didn't;t see, and once you admit something to your private journal apologies once and drop it, the difference bet wen us and animals is they accept life as is and decides the course of action to adjust their life's to reality and they keep moving forward, it is something as an adult for our own good we must learn too. Be the best YOU you can be, you can't be something your not, and in time you'll find that your a great person. Remember nothing happens to us we have not allowed to happen (outside of crime and accidents, some of which we could have avoided.) Our boundaries are what defines us, and keeps others from walking over us, keeps us from looking around and saying "How in the hell did I get into this mess." I'm a loner and I''m happier (but that doesn't mean you are, or have to be) than I ever was married or living with someone I have a bf that doesn't want to go farther either that 24/7 little things you put up with drives me crazy. In time you'll know who you are on a much deeper level, and in doing so it's easier to get past breakups and not be lonely, you also know if the person your dating is good for you or not. If someone does not respect you or your choices then chances are they aren't worth the bother and we all are only as good as their word and a true friends word if good.

Well it takes a long time to see results from working out, and the key is consistency, going every once and awhile is like not going, you need at least 4 times a week, as well as a proper diet, it'll take a few months to even begin to see results, but don't let it discourage you, Because the time WILL pass, and when the time comes, and you haven't done anything, you'll wish you had, because you're goals would of been achieved.
